About the role: - Magure is hiring a Senior Graphic Designer for a full-time remote position in India. - The role is intended for candidates with 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience. - The position involves creating high-quality visual work across digital, social and business-facing formats. What we're looking for: - Applicants should have strong professional experience in graphic design. - Advanced Figma skills are expected, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Libraries and Design Systems. - Candidates should be highly proficient with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. - Working knowledge of Canva is also required. - Experience creating presentations in PowerPoint or Google Slides is expected. - Applicants should understand typography, layout composition, visual hierarchy, grids, spacing and colour theory. - Basic to intermediate capability in video editing or motion design is required. - Candidates should understand digital and social media design, with particular familiarity with LinkedIn content. - A strong portfolio showing genuine professional design work is required. Good to have: - Experience working in B2B, SaaS, AI, technology or enterprise environments would be useful. - Exposure to sales enablement design is an advantage. - Experience with long-form content and landing-page design is also relevant. - Motion graphics experience may strengthen an application. - Work involving events or AI-assisted creative tools is considered beneficial.
