About the role: - Shape the direction and scope of products through strategy work, roadmap planning, and active oversight of rollouts. - Elicit needs and specifications from external clients and internal partners, then translate these into detailed functional requirements, process diagrams, and structured business models. - Map existing business operations, spot inefficiencies and missing steps, then feed insights into the design and execution of fixes. - Author research, planning, and promotional materials that articulate product positioning and key messages to the market. - Work alongside engineering and go-to-market teams to launch solutions, run product walkthroughs, and drive successful deployments. - Evaluate potential partnerships and brief leadership on industry shifts and growth prospects. What we're looking for: - Solid grounding in at least two of these domains: Banking and Financial Services, Compliance, Risk, or Application Security. - Proven ability to convert abstract ideas and stakeholder input into crisp functional specs and workflow diagrams. - Sharp analytical mind with strong problem-solving instincts, clear writing and speaking ability, and comfort building rapport with clients. - Working knowledge of technology concepts, hands-on experience collaborating across product, engineering, and other functions, and familiarity with how software teams operate from conception through delivery. - Comfort juggling multiple workstreams, prioritizing competing requests, and distilling complex information for diverse audiences.
