About the role: - You will identify and bring in talent using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, and additional recruitment platforms - Your responsibilities include reviewing applications and making first contact calls with prospective hires - You will arrange interview schedules and maintain ongoing communication with applicants throughout the process - You will build and keep current all databases, tracking systems, and recruitment management information systems - You will assist colleagues in managing the full cycle of recruitment from opening to offer What we're looking for: - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Management, or a closely related discipline - Background in HR work or a previous internship in recruitment (preferred) - Strong ability to communicate clearly and connect well with people - Organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple candidates and timelines - Initiative to learn recruitment best practices and contribute ideas to improve processes
