About the role: - You will guide students and early-career professionals to develop practical, employment-focused expertise in machine learning - Your work involves delivering training sessions, answering technical questions, and providing one-on-one mentorship to help learners progress - You'll assess individual strengths and tailor your approach to help each person build confidence and competence What you'll work on: - Creating clear explanations of machine learning concepts and making complex ideas accessible - Reviewing code, projects, and assignments to give constructive feedback - Identifying gaps in understanding and helping learners fill them through targeted guidance - Sharing real-world applications and industry best practices What we're looking for: - Deep, demonstrable knowledge of machine learning theory and practice - Ability to explain technical concepts in ways that land with different learning styles - Genuine enthusiasm for helping others learn and grow in their careers - Strong interpersonal skills and patience when working through difficult material - Freshers with strong machine learning fundamentals are encouraged to apply
