About this role
About the role: - Define business problems and match AI methodologies to solve them - Build and deploy AI/ML applications using current academic and industry techniques - Work across teams and borders to execute the AI agenda for Mastercard's divisions - Apply AI to fraud risk management, anti-money laundering, cybersecurity, recommendation engines, and core payment products What they're looking for: - Concentration in Computer Science - Hands-on experience or exposure to deep learning algorithms, statistical tools, Python, R, and SQL - Knowledge of big data platforms such as Hadoop, Hive, Spark, or GPU clusters - Familiarity with classical machine learning: logistic regression, decision trees, clustering (K-means, hierarchical, self-organizing maps), TSNE, PCA, Bayesian models, time series (ARIMA/ARMA) - Experience with recommender systems like collaborative filtering, FPMC, or FISM - Deep learning techniques including random forest, GBM, KNN, SVM, text mining, multilayer perceptron, feedforward networks, CNN, LSTM, or GRU - Knowledge of optimization techniques like L1/L2 regularization, Adam, Adagrad, Adadelta - Familiarity with cost functions: contrastive loss, hinge loss, binary cross entropy, categorical cross entropy - Experience building applications in kernel ridge regression, NLP, speech processing, or image processing - Production deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Xgboost, Caffe, or Theano - Demonstrated passion for AI such as competing in Kaggle or similar challenges Good to know: - Full-time role based in Gurugram - You will handle information security responsibility for Mastercard assets and networks
