About the role: - Lead cross-functional implementation project teams for electronic payment processing, working with both Mastercard and customer technical and non-technical experts - Serve as main point of contact for customers throughout end-to-end implementation execution - Manage multiple customer implementation projects in parallel - Assess customer needs and document how implementations will impact Mastercard and customer systems What you'll do: - Define project scope, timelines and deliverables for payment processing implementations following global methodology - Plan and execute implementation activities from standard to complex, ensuring quality and reliability - Document customer requirements and implementation impacts on core and non-core processing systems - Provide training and guidance on Mastercard systems and functions to customers What they're looking for: - Experience in information technology systems, network technology, applications and project management - Strong knowledge of payment transaction processing and industry practices - Understanding of Mastercard's payment processing systems, formats and testing services - Knowledge of the 4-party model and full transaction lifecycle for Mastercard brands - Ability to work across matrixed organizations and cross-functional teams - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Customer-facing skills and ability to manage technical change initiatives - Self-starter motivated to learn independently Good to know: - Full-time position based in Pune - You will be responsible for information security compliance with Mastercard policies
