About the role: - Support the Founder across strategy, partnerships, operations and scaling initiatives - Take on hands-on responsibilities in business development and execution rather than administrative tasks - Contribute directly to defining and driving Starplify's growth trajectory - Work at the intersection of startup building, where you'll touch strategy formulation, partnership development, operational efficiency and scaling frameworks What you'll work on: - Strategic planning and business development efforts alongside leadership - Building and nurturing key partnerships that fuel company growth - Streamlining operational processes and identifying efficiency gains - End-to-end execution of projects from conception through launch - Scaling initiatives that multiply the company's reach and impact What we're looking for: - Self-starters with a track record of getting things done without extensive oversight - People who think beyond assigned tasks and anticipate what comes next - A genuine appetite to understand how startups operate and grow - Comfort working in an unstructured environment where you'll wear many hats - Strong communication skills and ability to synthesize complex information - Ownership mentality — you see problems and move to solve them - Ability to thrive with direct feedback and iterate quickly Good to know: - This is designed for someone ready to learn by doing, not by shadowing - You'll have regular exposure to real business decisions and their outcomes - The pace is fast and the scope will expand as you prove capability
