About the role: - Source qualified candidates through multiple channels to build a strong talent pipeline - Evaluate resumes and applications to identify individuals who meet job requirements - Coordinate interview logistics and manage scheduling between candidates and hiring managers What you'll work on: - Using applicant tracking systems to manage candidate data and track recruitment workflows - Communicating with prospective hires via email and phone to assess fit and answer questions - Maintaining organized spreadsheets to monitor candidate progress through each stage - Supporting the broader hiring team by preparing materials and documentation for interviews - Learning how hiring decisions are made and what makes candidates stand out What we're looking for: - Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment databases - Strong spoken English for clear communication with candidates - Hands-on experience with MS-Excel for data management and reporting - Understanding of resume evaluation and candidate qualification criteria - Familiarity with or willingness to learn recruitment best practices - Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple candidates at once
