- Design and develop AI and machine learning systems that solve real-world problems within fintech environments
- Work with large language models, retrieval-augmented generation systems, and autonomous AI agents to build intelligent applications
- Build production-grade AI solutions using Python and modern development practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing platforms and services
What we're looking for
- Demonstrated expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and generative AI technologies
- Strong technical foundation with LLMs, RAG architectures, and AI agent frameworks
- Solid Python programming skills with the ability to translate algorithms into working applications
- Background in fintech or experience with microfinance and alternative finance products is valued
- Available to start within 30 days of joining
