About this role
About the role: - Work remotely and full time for one to three months on AI features for recruitment workflows. - Example inputs include resumes, job descriptions, client messages and interview notes. What you'll work on: - Prototype Python applications using AI APIs, including summarisation, extraction and chat features. - Design and refine prompts, then test the resulting responses. - Evaluate accuracy, consistency and bias and record the outcomes. - Clean and label example information for testing. - Explore document and email automation while documenting experiments in GitHub. What we're looking for: - Final-year students, recent graduates or self-taught applicants with demonstrable work may apply. - Relevant studies include engineering, computing, mathematics, statistics and related disciplines. - Python ability and introductory understanding of training, testing and overfitting are requested. - Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, LangChain and AI API experience are helpful extras. - Bring a laptop, stable internet and full-time availability. Good to know: - Expect daily check-ins and weekly reviews; work is Monday to Saturday or as assigned. - Guidance, presentable experiments and a completion certificate are advertised.
