About the role: - Support marketing campaigns and initiatives across digital and traditional channels - Assist in developing marketing strategies and content to reach target audiences - Collaborate with the team on brand positioning and market messaging - Track campaign performance and compile results for stakeholder review What you'll work on: - Creating and distributing marketing materials, emails, and social media content - Managing marketing project timelines and coordinating with internal teams - Researching market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy - Supporting event planning, promotions, and product launches What we're looking for: - MBA degree required - Tier 1 or Tier 2 college background preferred - Freshers actively encouraged to apply - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines - Analytical mindset with attention to detail
