About the role: - Build and refine core product features that directly impact user experience and business outcomes - Work across the full stack to design, develop, and deploy software solutions - Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into working code - Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards for code quality and system architecture - Debug, test, and optimize applications to ensure reliability and performance at scale What you'll work on: - Feature development that moves the product forward and solves real user problems - System design and infrastructure decisions that affect the entire platform - Data pipelines and backend services that power the product experience - Frontend interfaces that users interact with daily - Documentation and knowledge sharing to help the team move faster What we're looking for: - Strong foundation in software development with experience in at least one major programming language - Problem-solving mindset and ability to break down complex challenges into manageable pieces - Curiosity about how things work and drive to understand the full context of your work - Communication skills to work effectively across product, design, and engineering teams - Comfort learning new tools and frameworks as the role demands
