Software Development Engineer

Batch: 2020/2021/2022/2023/2024. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 2+ years building production software - Strong CS fundamentals with excellent problem-solving, data structures, and algorithms skills - Proficiency in one or more server-side languages (e.g., Java, Go, Python, C#) and the ability to pick up new ones quickly - Experience designing and operating distributed systems at scale — reliability, fault tolerance, and performance under high throughput - Hands-on experience shipping and running services on AWS, Azure, or GCP - Fluency with AI-assisted and agentic development tools (coding assistants, LLM APIs) as part of your daily workflow - Ownership mindset — you take features from design to production and care about quality, cost, and security - Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams Good to Have: - Experience designing RESTful or streaming APIs and working with large-scale telemetry or time-series data - Exposure to stream processing (e.g., Kafka, Flink) and event-driven architectures - Prior startup or high-growth environment experience
