About this role
About the role: - This is a 6-month hybrid internship based out of Mumbai. - The role follows a 6-day working week. - It is designed as a high-agency position close to how the product and company are being built. - MSgames develops simulations, AI-powered case learning and experiential-learning tools for management education. - The company started as an IIT Bombay initiative and now works with more than 100 institutions across India. What you'll work on: - Create case studies on the MSgames portal. - Maintain organized and documented records for each case study. - Support the company's social-media content work. - Help prepare content drafts and captions. - Assist with maintaining the social-media content calendar. - Take on content-related assignments across the product when required. - Support operational tasks that arise as the company grows. - Work across functions rather than being limited to one narrow responsibility. What we're looking for: - The role is suited to someone comfortable taking initiative and working with high ownership. - Candidates should be willing to contribute wherever the product or team needs support. - Applicants should be comfortable handling both content and operational responsibilities. Good to know: - Interns will contribute to active projects from the beginning. - The company highlights opportunities to own projects from the ground up.
