About Myelin - Myelin is a decision intelligence platform that helps learners develop practical judgment by engaging with realistic business simulations What you'll work on - Support the development and refinement of simulation scenarios that reflect real-world business challenges - Analyze data from learner interactions to identify patterns in decision-making and outcomes - Conduct research into industry trends, case studies, and historical events to inform simulation content - Evaluate the effectiveness of existing simulations through quantitative and qualitative feedback - Assist in gathering and organizing information for new simulation modules across different sectors - Review academic and industry research to stay current with best practices in decision intelligence What you'll bring - Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail - Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and draw meaningful conclusions - Comfort working with data sets and identifying trends or anomalies - Clear written and verbal communication skills - Curiosity about business, decision-making processes, and how people learn - Willingness to dive into complex problems and explore them from multiple angles Note: Subject: Research Analyst Intern
