About the role: - You will manage content creation and community engagement across social media platforms for a decision intelligence platform - Your work will involve crafting posts, stories and interactive content that showcase how learners use simulations to develop practical decision-making skills - You'll be responsible for monitoring social channels, responding to audience questions, and fostering conversations around learning and judgment development - Content planning and calendar management will be part of your day-to-day responsibilities What you'll work on: - Developing and executing social media strategies that highlight Myelin's simulation-based learning approach - Creating visuals, captions and multimedia content tailored to different platforms and audience segments - Collaborating with the team to translate product features and user success stories into shareable content - Tracking engagement metrics and adjusting content strategy based on performance data - Building relationships with learners and educators in the community What we're looking for: - Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to adapt tone for different audiences - Familiarity with social media platforms and content trends - Creative thinking and the ability to generate original ideas for engagement - Organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple content streams - Genuine interest in education technology and how people learn Note: Subject: Social Media & Content Intern
