Execute manual testing across web and mobile application platforms to verify functionality and user experience
Design test cases and structured test plans that cover feature validation, regression scenarios, usability flows, and baseline performance checks
Document and escalate defects found during testing, then monitor their resolution status through completion
Verify compatibility of applications across different browsers and devices to ensure consistent performance
Work solo on assigned testing activities while liaising with development teams to troubleshoot and fix identified issues

Running comprehensive test suites to validate new features and existing functionality
Tracking bugs in tools like Jira, Trello, or Bugzilla and communicating their status to stakeholders
Collaborating with developers to reproduce issues and confirm fixes before release
Testing applications on various operating systems, screen sizes, and browser versions
Creating detailed test documentation that other team members can follow and maintain

Hands-on experience performing manual QA on web platforms and mobile apps
Proficiency in functional testing, regression testing, usability assessment, and performance testing fundamentals
Comfort using bug-tracking and project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Bugzilla
Strong written and spoken communication to report findings clearly and discuss issues with technical teams
Ability to take ownership of testing tasks and drive them to completion without constant oversight
Experience with cross-browser and cross-device testing methodologies
Candidates with more than 1 year of experience will not be considered
