Batch: 2023/2024/2025. What you'll work on: - Develop and deliver comprehensive system design curriculum covering microservices, APIs, caching, database design, concurrency, and cloud computing principles - Create hands-on implementation projects and real-world case studies that translate theoretical concepts into practical skills - Teach backend development fundamentals using languages like Java, Python, Go, C++, or Node.js - Guide learners through software architecture best practices including design patterns, scalability, and API design - Mentor students and professionals on translating complex engineering concepts into actionable technical solutions What we're looking for: - 1–2 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer or Architect, with proven expertise in system design and scalable application development - Strong command of at least one backend language—Java, Python, Go, C++, or Node.js - Deep knowledge of software architecture principles, including microservices, APIs, caching, database design, concurrency, and cloud computing - Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns - Demonstrated ability to explain technical concepts clearly and make them accessible to diverse learners - Comfort with both theoretical instruction and hands-on technical teaching Bonus experience: - Background in teaching or mentoring at universities, bootcamps, or corporate training programs - Familiarity with modern educational tools and project-based learning approaches - Experience architecting large-scale systems or working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) - Experience with distributed computing frameworks - Open-source contributions, technical writing, or active participation in developer communities
