About this role
About the role: - You will gain hands-on experience with dark-store and hub operations from the ground up - Partner with the Product team on specification documentation, defect management, and validation of new features - Create tracking systems and visual dashboards to measure deployment progress and flag operational issues - Collaborate across Product, Technology, and Operations functions throughout your time here What you'll work on: - Running operations on the shop floor when required, taking full responsibility for outcomes - Designing and maintaining spreadsheet-based tools to centralise key metrics and workflow data - Testing features in real conditions and documenting findings for the product team - Identifying bottlenecks in rollouts and suggesting improvements What we're looking for: - Students and recent graduates with a genuine interest in product development or operations management - Comfort working with spreadsheets, project trackers, and standard productivity software - A mindset of ownership and accountability, with willingness to step onto the floor and solve problems hands-on
