Research and Ops Intern

Batch: 2025/2026/2027. Requirements & Details: - Candidate should be preferably with an engineering background or with good analytical skills - Will need to be in office for the internship (at least for the initial 2-3 weeks) Key Responsibilities: - Company & Market Research: Researching high-priority companies, markets, sectors, and relevant M&A activity to support origination efforts - CRM Management: Adding, updating, and maintaining company and contact data in the CRM to ensure accurate and actionable information - Building Origination Processes: Assisting in designing, documenting, and executing processes and workflows to support M&A origination - AI & Automation Projects: Supporting the development and testing of AI agents and research automation initiatives - Data Management: Cleaning, organizing, validating, and structuring data to improve the quality and usability of internal databases
