Business Analyst

About the role

What you'll work on

• Gathering and interpreting large datasets to spot trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Designing automated systems that eliminate manual work and free up team capacity.
• Building clear visual reports that help leaders understand business performance at a glance.
• Working across sales, product, operations and other functions to align on priorities and outcomes.

What we're looking for

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in business analysis, analytics, data work or a related field.
• Expertise in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
• Comfort with Excel or Google Sheets for modeling, analysis and data manipulation.
• A mindset focused on finding ways to automate and simplify workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain findings to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-speed work setting where priorities shift rapidly.

Good to know

• Knowledge of Python or R is valued and will strengthen your application.
