Product Designer

About the role

• Shape how millions of riders and drivers interact with Ola Electric's platform by designing complete user journeys from initial concept through launch
• Create intuitive navigation flows and polished interface designs using Figma, ensuring every interaction feels effortless
• Dive into user research to uncover and remove obstacles that frustrate riders and drivers in their day-to-day use
• Leverage AI tools including Claude, Cursor, Gemini, and Codex to speed up your ideation, build prototypes faster, and move from concept to finished work more efficiently
• Work hand-in-hand with product and engineering teams to refine features and get them into users' hands

What we're looking for

• A portfolio that showcases your product design thinking—not just how things look, but why and how they work for real people
• Expert-level command of Figma with demonstrated experience weaving AI tools into your design workflow
• Deep knowledge of how users think and behave, with solid grounding in interaction design and information architecture
• Someone who takes ownership, drives decisions forward, and doesn't wait to be told what to do next
• Comfort moving quickly through unclear situations and adapting as priorities shift
• Curiosity about both the technical and human sides of product design
