About the role: - Work on design challenges across Ola's mobility platform, contributing to solutions that reach millions of users - Participate in the full design process from research and ideation through to implementation and iteration - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate designs into features that solve actual user needs What we're looking for: - 0–1 years of design experience - A keen eye for both user interface and user experience design - Strong grasp of product thinking and how design decisions impact user behavior - Genuine passion for understanding and addressing real problems that users face - Detail-oriented mindset combined with curiosity about how mobility services work at scale - Ability to join immediately What you'll bring: - Portfolio or examples demonstrating your design sensibility and problem-solving approach - Willingness to learn from experienced designers and take feedback constructively - Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment where your work reaches a large user base
