About the role: - Lead product development work across the company's website and mobile applications - Uncover and act on opportunities at every stage of how customers engage, from first discovery through to repeat purchases after buying - Partner with teams spanning engineering, design, marketing, growth, and business functions - Study product performance and business data to spot weak points and chances to improve - Run and oversee A/B tests, experiments, and efforts to boost how often visitors buy - Refine critical user flows including how customers find products, add items to cart, proceed to payment, and receive recommendations for related or higher-value goods - Translate what customers need and what the business requires into concrete product specifications and briefs What we're looking for: - 1–3 years working in product management, digital product roles, or e-commerce environments - Solid grasp of how users move through products, design principles, and what makes experiences feel natural - Ability to work with data, pull insights from analytics tools, and base decisions on measured results - Hands-on experience running tests to improve conversion rates, optimise revenue, or fuel growth - Familiarity with e-commerce and direct-to-consumer business models is highly valued - Talent for breaking down complex problems, thinking through them analytically, and winning buy-in from others About the work: - You'll sit at the intersection of customer needs and business goals, turning insights into product changes - The role rewards someone who can move fluidly between strategy and execution, balancing data with intuition - Success means shipping improvements that move the needle on how many people buy and how much they spend
