About the role: - Develop full-stack applications using AI-powered development workflows and modern tooling - Work with AI code generation and scaffolding to accelerate development cycles - Debug and refactor code with the assistance of AI tools while maintaining your own critical judgment - Build production-grade systems that meet real-world reliability and performance standards What we're looking for: - Strong grasp of JavaScript, Java, and Python for backend and full-stack work - Hands-on experience or solid understanding of React and front-end development - Knowledge of REST APIs and GraphQL for building scalable integrations - Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and UX/UI design principles - Experience with AWS, SQL, and PostgreSQL for data storage and cloud infrastructure - Understanding of vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) concepts - Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated code, spot issues, and improve upon suggestions - Commitment to writing clean, maintainable architecture in your codebase - Comfort learning and adopting AI development tools as part of your workflow Eligibility: - Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of BCA, MCA, B.Tech, or BE program
