About the role: - This opportunity is for an experienced techno-functional consultant specializing in Siemens Opcenter and MES environments. - The role is open across PAN India. - Candidates should have 8–12 years of relevant professional experience. - The position focuses on MES implementation, Camstar and manufacturing-process solutions. What you'll work on: - Lead MES implementation activities across customer or manufacturing sites. - Manage site-deployment work for manufacturing execution solutions. - Gather business and technical requirements from stakeholders. - Convert requirements into functional blueprints and implementation plans. - Analyze, design, develop, test and implement MES solutions. - Design and implement factory models within the MES environment. - Work on upgrades involving the Camstar platform. - Integrate MES with ERP, LIMS, manufacturing equipment and HMI systems. - Support manufacturing validation processes. - Coordinate team activities and help maintain delivery quality across projects. - Work with stakeholders in medical-device and pharmaceutical manufacturing environments. What we're looking for: - Strong experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems is required. - Hands-on expertise with Siemens Opcenter or Camstar Enterprise Platform is expected. - Candidates should have end-to-end MES implementation experience. - Camstar upgrade experience is required. - Strong requirement-gathering and blueprinting skills are expected. - SQL knowledge is required. - Experience in medical devices or pharmaceutical manufacturing is preferred. - Global project-delivery exposure, leadership ability and strong communication skills are also preferred.
