About the Company: - Seed-stage fintech startup backed by Lightspeed India, Z47, and global angel investors - Founded by Utkrishta Kumar (ex-Chief Business Officer, Meesho) - Building the future of consumer fintech with AI What you'll work on: - Scale growth operations for AI-powered credit management platform - Solve ambiguous, high-impact business problems - Work cross-functionally with Tech, Product, Design & Business teams - Use data and analytical thinking to drive business decisions - Help scale an agentic AI product that enables users to autonomously manage and improve their credit - Take ownership of projects from problem definition to execution Who we're looking for: - 1–2 years of experience - Non-MBA candidates preferred - Strong analytical & problem-solving skills - SQL knowledge is a plus - Comfortable navigating ambiguity - Proactive, detail-oriented and highly execution-focused - Genuine curiosity about AI, fintech and consumer products - Someone who enjoys building, experimenting and figuring things out
