You will architect and implement software to solve concrete customer needs in production environments.
Partner with customers, product teams, and fellow engineers to translate business objectives into technical specifications.
Construct and maintain APIs, microservices, and intelligent applications powered by AI capabilities.
Engineer resilient, scalable systems by following current industry practices and methodologies.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, system faults, and code defects across deployed applications.
Convert intricate customer demands into feasible, well-designed technical solutions.
Work across teams throughout the entire delivery pipeline, from initial coding to live operations.
Track advances in technology, AI frameworks, and engineering methodology to keep your work current.

Proficiency writing code in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or equivalent languages.
Background building backend systems, creating REST APIs, managing databases, and connecting disparate platforms.
Grasp of design patterns, data structures, algorithmic thinking, and systematic problem-solving.
Hands-on experience with AI and large language model applications, workflow automation, or agent-based AI frameworks is valued.
Exposure to cloud infrastructure, containerization with Docker, or CI/CD pipelines is beneficial.
Clear communication and comfort working face-to-face with customers on technical matters.
Drive to ship projects independently in a rapid, evolving setting where you own outcomes from start to finish.
