Talent Acquisition Intern

About this role

About the role: - You will support Outbox Labs' talent acquisition efforts across the full recruitment cycle, from finding candidates to closing offers - Your work includes sourcing candidates through various channels, screening applications and profiles, and conducting initial phone interviews - You'll use recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, and job portals as part of your daily workflow - The role gives you exposure to how companies build and scale their teams What you'll bring: - Comfort speaking with candidates and other people over the phone in a natural, confident way - Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for data management and analysis - Prior experience with an applicant tracking system is a plus - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail; the ability to manage multiple candidate pipelines and tasks at once - A genuine interest in pursuing talent acquisition or HR as a career path What you'll gain: - Hands-on experience across all stages of the hiring process, not just administrative tasks - Training and mentorship from the talent acquisition team at Outbox Labs - A certificate upon completion and the potential for a pre-placement offer (PPO) depending on your performance
