Business Analyst

About the role

• You will analyze business processes, data sets, and market trends to identify opportunities for operational improvement and strategic decision-making
• You will build dashboards and reports that translate raw data into actionable insights for stakeholders across the organization
• You will collaborate with product, operations, and finance teams to define metrics, track performance, and recommend process optimizations
• You will automate routine analytical tasks using Python scripts to increase efficiency and reduce manual workload

What we're looking for

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
• 2–3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a closely related analytical role
• Strong Python skills applied to data analysis tasks and process automation
• Advanced SQL proficiency for designing queries, extracting data, and working with relational database structures
• Mastery of Excel including complex formulas, pivot tables, charting capabilities, and macro development
• Sharp analytical and logical thinking with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in presenting findings to non-technical audiences
• Comfort working both autonomously and as part of a team in a dynamic, deadline-driven setting

Preferred qualifications

• Hands-on experience with business intelligence platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent tools
• Familiarity with data visualization principles and techniques for compelling storytelling with data
