About this role
About the role
- Build AI-powered solutions designed for commerce experiences that serve parents and children.
- Develop practical prototypes that tackle real-world problems and move beyond proof-of-concept stages.
- Create systems built to operate reliably in production environments, not just in controlled demonstrations.
- Spot and act on opportunities to enhance how customers interact with the platform and streamline internal operations.
What we're looking for
- A portfolio piece showing something you have built — this could be a product, an experiment, a demo, or a larger project.
- An explanation of what succeeded in your work and what did not.
- Clarity on what you would choose to build or improve next, and why.
- Hands-on experience translating AI concepts into working solutions that solve concrete problems.
- Ability to think beyond technical implementation and consider user needs and business impact.
- Comfort with iterating on ideas and learning from both successful and failed approaches.
- Problem-solving mindset that balances innovation with practical delivery.
