About the role: - Partner directly with the Founder on strategic initiatives and key business decisions - Gain practical experience across strategy development, business planning, and operational execution - Support growth initiatives by identifying opportunities and implementing solutions - Take ownership of projects from conception through completion What you'll work on: - Cross-functional business challenges spanning multiple departments and functions - Strategic planning and analysis to inform company direction - Growth initiatives including market research, competitive analysis, and expansion opportunities - Operational improvements and process optimization - Problem-solving on real business issues with direct impact What we're looking for: - Sharp, intellectually curious individuals who ask good questions - High ownership mentality with drive to see things through - Strong problem-solving abilities and creative thinking - Proactive approach to identifying what needs doing and doing it - Ability to work independently while collaborating with leadership
