Junior DevOps Engineer

About this role

Batch: 2025/2026/2027. About the role: - Manage and maintain Linux-based server environments, addressing issues and optimizing performance - Work with AWS cloud services including EC2, IAM, S3, VPC and CloudWatch - Build and oversee containerized applications using Docker - Design and manage infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code principles - Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines - Write automation scripts in Bash and Python - Maintain application deployments and manage Git-based workflows - Monitor system health, handle logging across distributed systems and enforce cloud security practices - Handle networking fundamentals, configure web servers like Nginx and Apache, and work with database basics What we're looking for: - Foundational knowledge of Linux and Unix systems with comfort using the command line - Understanding of core networking concepts, SSH protocols, system processes, file permissions and log management - Basic familiarity with AWS services and DevOps principles - Working knowledge of Git version control, Docker containerization and CI/CD workflows - Ability to write simple scripts using Bash or Python - Strong analytical approach to identifying root causes and solving technical problems - Residency in Vadodara - Above all, genuine enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional growth About you: - Personal or academic projects demonstrating hands-on experience with Linux, AWS, automation or DevOps are valued - You're beginning your career in DevOps or cloud infrastructure and seeking meaningful exposure to production systems and real-world challenges
