About the role: - Uncover genuine pain points affecting customers and the business through research and stakeholder conversations. - Design end-to-end AI workflows using large language models, AI agents, and platforms like n8n, Zapier, and Make. - Develop, refine, and validate prompts for practical applications in real business contexts. - Prepare comprehensive documentation and structured knowledge bases that enable AI implementation. - Connect external APIs and artificial intelligence tools into existing business processes. - Work alongside teams in product management, engineering, business development, and operations. What you'll work on: - Understanding how AI can solve operational challenges across different business functions. - Prototyping automation solutions that integrate multiple systems and tools. - Testing AI implementations to ensure they meet business requirements and user needs. - Documenting workflows, configurations, and best practices for team reference. - Iterating on AI solutions based on feedback and performance metrics. What we're looking for: - Strong product intuition and ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps. - Deep interest in building solutions powered by artificial intelligence. - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. - Skill in managing relationships with multiple stakeholders and keeping them aligned. - Thoughtful approach to how technology can create real value. Preferred experience: - Working with APIs and integration patterns. - SQL for data queries and analysis. - Python or JavaScript for scripting and automation. - Figma or similar design tools. - Experience with no-code automation platforms.
