About this role

About the role: - Your internship spans 3 months and will immerse you in day-to-day operations management and data-driven decision-making across Partnr's supply chain network - You will examine inventory records, sales figures, and product data to spot patterns that reveal where operations can run more smoothly and where costs can be cut - You'll design and maintain Excel-based tracking systems and performance dashboards that give the operations team real-time visibility into how the business is performing - You will pitch in with warehouse and dark store activities, including physical inventory checks and testing new workflows to boost efficiency - You'll develop pick paths, planograms, standard operating procedures, and process flowcharts that teams on the ground can follow - You will explore and deploy artificial intelligence tools to make data work harder—automating routine analysis, generating smarter reports, and finding patterns humans might miss - You will work across different departments to deliver operational improvements that stick What we're looking for: - Proficiency in Excel, with hands-on experience building Pivot Tables and using Lookup functions - Demonstrated comfort with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot, and the ability to use them to solve real problems - A logical mind that approaches challenges by breaking them down into smaller, testable parts - Foundational knowledge of how warehouses and logistics operations function - Fluent written and spoken communication in both English and Hindi - A bias toward action and learning over perfection
