Delivery Manager Intern

About the role: - Coordinate delivery of projects with fixed timelines where multiple stakeholders depend on your execution - Monitor progress across work streams and identify risks before they become blockers - Track and communicate status honestly, flagging delays and issues to teams and leadership - Manage scope and timeline trade-offs while maintaining working relationships through difficult conversations What we're looking for: - Demonstrated experience owning a complex project or workstream end-to-end, such as a client deliverable, system implementation, or pre-Master's role initiative with a clear go-live or deadline - Proven ability to identify what went wrong in past projects and articulate what you would have caught earlier - A personal track record of meticulous tracking and documentation—bring evidence of a tracker you maintained for something not formally required - Comfort reading and interpreting technical specifications and data structures, including JSON payloads and field mappings, without needing to write code - Experience delivering difficult messages about timelines and constraints to managers, clients, or peers while preserving trust and relationships - Willingness to discuss specific instances where you have communicated hard truths about feasibility or delays
