Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role: - Engage with clients to map their existing processes and translate those into voice agents ready for production use - Design and execute integrations connecting voice agents to systems clients depend on, such as CRM platforms, support ticketing systems, phone networks and proprietary backend services - Shepherd agents through the full lifecycle from proof-of-concept through launch, then refine performance based on actual call transcripts and metrics - Collect insights from customer interactions and relay findings back to the product and engineering organization What you'll work on: - Building APIs and system connections that let voice agents talk to customer infrastructure - Writing code in Python, Go or TypeScript that powers agent deployment and operation - Debugging agent behavior in production environments using real-world data - Supporting clients through launch readiness and early-stage optimization What we're looking for: - 0–2 years of professional experience, including strong recent graduates with substantial project portfolios - Ability to write production-grade code and navigate API integration workflows - Comfort explaining technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders - Self-directed approach: you identify blockers, find solutions and drive work to completion without constant guidance - Background in voice AI or large language models is welcome but not required - Available to work from our Bangalore office
