About this role
What you'll work on: - Find and engage potential candidates across job boards, LinkedIn, referral networks, and similar sources - Filter incoming applications, evaluate CV profiles against job criteria, and keep candidate information properly organized - Handle interview logistics including scheduling, reaching out to applicants, and managing next steps in the hiring workflow - Help create job descriptions, compile hiring metrics and reports, and monitor recruitment pipeline status - Work with departments across the company to learn their staffing requirements and strengthen how candidates experience the process What we're looking for: - At least 1+ years of hands-on experience or exposure in recruitment, HR operations, talent acquisition, or similar functions - Clear written and verbal communication paired with strong organizational ability and reliable follow-through - Genuine interest in working within B2B settings and building skills in professional recruitment methods - Skill at juggling multiple priorities without mixing up candidate information and ready to be a capable partner to the HR team About the role: - This internship sits in the recruitment function, where you'll support the full hiring cycle from sourcing through offer stage - You'll interact daily with candidates, hiring managers, and your recruitment colleagues - The work balances administrative tasks like record-keeping with interpersonal work like interview coordination - You'll pick up real-world knowledge of how companies source, screen, and select talent
