About the role: - PhysicsWallah is hiring Academic Mentors for students in Grades 3–9. - This is a full-time work-from-home opportunity. - The stated CTC is up to ₹5 LPA. - Working hours are from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM. - The role focuses on academic support, doubt solving and student mentoring. Subjects you'll cover: - Candidates should be comfortable teaching Mathematics. - Science is included among the required subjects. - Applicants should also be able to teach English. - Social Studies (SST) is part of the teaching scope. - Hindi is also included. - Candidates are expected to handle all core subjects listed for Grades 3–9. What you'll work on: - Conduct live doubt-solving sessions for students. - Provide regular academic support during the learning process. - Help students with homework and assignments. - Support learners during exam preparation. - Track student progress over time. - Provide timely academic feedback. - Mentor students to improve conceptual understanding. - Help students develop effective study and learning habits. - Create an engaging and interactive virtual classroom environment. - Maintain a student-centric approach during mentoring sessions. What we're looking for: - Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience as an Academic Mentor. - Experience working with students in Grades 3–9 is preferred. - Applicants should be confident teaching all of the listed core subjects.
