About the role: - Shape and refine AI-driven decision intelligence products through direct engagement with the full product lifecycle - Conduct user research to understand customer needs and validate product assumptions - Gather and synthesize customer feedback to inform product strategy and roadmap - Define and document product requirements based on research and market insights - Execute comprehensive product testing to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement - Perform data analysis to measure product performance and user behaviour - Create clear, thorough documentation of features, workflows and specifications - Partner with product managers, engineers, designers and other teams across the organization What we're looking for: - Currently a student or recent graduate from any discipline - Analytical thinker who approaches problems methodically - Self-directed approach to work, comfortable identifying and pursuing tasks independently - Strong curiosity about how AI and machine learning reshape business and decision-making - Genuine interest in product management as a career or skill - Enthusiasm for learning how technology products are built and improved - Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Comfortable working in fast-moving teams and adapting to changing priorities
