About the role: - Shape the strategic direction and long-term plan for products, establishing clear success metrics - Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements and user stories that guide development - Partner across Data Engineering, BI, and Data Science functions to deliver integrated solutions - Maintain high standards for data integrity, compliance frameworks, and information security throughout the product lifecycle - Lead initiatives to increase user adoption and drive iterative enhancements based on feedback What you'll work on: - Developing product strategies that align with organizational goals and market opportunities - Creating comprehensive specifications that bridge stakeholder expectations and technical implementation - Monitoring key performance indicators to measure product success and identify optimization areas - Working with cross-functional teams to solve complex data and analytics challenges - Building processes and controls to safeguard data quality and regulatory compliance What we're looking for: - Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills applied to product development - Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences - Experience working in collaborative environments with data and engineering teams - Attention to detail and commitment to data governance best practices
