About the role: - Shape the strategic direction and long-term vision for data products alongside organizational objectives - Build and maintain a detailed product roadmap that guides development and feature prioritization - Establish key performance indicators and metrics to measure product success and impact - Work across Data Engineering, BI and Data Science teams to align technical capabilities with business goals - Translate stakeholder needs into clear user stories and detailed technical specifications - Oversee data quality standards, governance frameworks and security protocols across all product touchpoints - Champion product adoption through training, documentation and cross-functional engagement - Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for enhancement - Continuously refine features and workflows based on usage patterns and business outcomes - Lead initiatives that improve system reliability, performance and user satisfaction - Partner with teams to balance technical constraints with product objectives - Document product requirements and decision rationale for team reference and future scaling
