About the role: - Build consumer-facing features spanning discovery capabilities, social communities, match tracking systems, and interactive engagement layers - Optimize applications for speed and efficiency using server-side rendering while ensuring search engine visibility and accessibility standards - Take complete ownership of feature delivery from database and API design through to polished, responsive frontend interfaces What you'll work on: - Backend development with Node.js and Express to power scalable APIs and services - Frontend development using Next.js and React to create intuitive user experiences - Database design and queries using MongoDB with Mongoose for data modeling - Caching strategies and real-time data handling with Redis - State management for complex client-side interactions using Redux Toolkit - Styling and responsive design with Tailwind CSS across devices and screen sizes - Containerization and deployment workflows using Docker - Performance tuning across the full stack to handle user traffic and load What we're looking for: - Strong grasp of JavaScript and TypeScript for type-safe, maintainable code - Comfort working across frontend and backend in a single role - Understanding of how APIs, databases, and user interfaces connect in a web application - Ability to learn new tools and frameworks quickly in a fast-moving environment - Attention to detail in both code quality and user experience Note: Indicate your specialization track in the subject line (e.g., Engineering Internship Application: Full-Stack Engineering — Node.js).
