QA Engineering Intern

About the role: - You will design and build test suites for Android, iOS, web portals, and enterprise management tools used across the platform. - Your work spans critical business workflows involving financial integrations, bookings, promotional systems, and real-time features that users depend on daily. - You will verify that functionality behaves consistently across all platforms and investigate any differences that emerge between operating systems. - You will run tests against staging environments before release and document any issues clearly in Jira so the engineering team can resolve them quickly. What you'll work on: - Creating comprehensive test cases that catch bugs before they reach users. - Testing complex features that handle money, reservations, discounts, and live updates across multiple devices and browsers. - Comparing user experience on different platforms to ensure nothing breaks when moving between Android, iOS, or web. - Writing detailed defect reports that include steps to reproduce, expected behavior, and actual results. - Collaborating with developers to understand features and prioritize testing efforts. What we're looking for: - Attention to detail and the ability to think through edge cases others might miss. - Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies. - Comfort working with Android, iOS, and web applications. - Experience using Jira or similar issue tracking systems. - Clear written communication for documenting test results and bugs.
