About the role: - Oversee programs that span operations, strategy, growth and cross-functional initiatives as a full-time program manager - Own diverse problem domains and drive measurable results across multiple areas of the business - Work in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and you must stay effective amid ambiguity - Translate data and insights into action, liaising between teams to keep programs moving forward What we're looking for: - 3+ years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, growth leadership, or a founder's office; alternatively, an MBA with 2+ years of work experience - Demonstrated ability to tackle different kinds of problems—not just depth in one area, but breadth across contrasting challenges where you've shown real impact - Proficiency with data tools: SQL or advanced spreadsheets - Strong writing skills and the capacity to work effectively when requirements are unclear or change direction - Quick learner who can pick up new domains and become productive fast Great to have: - B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, or direct experience working in pharmacy, health-tech or healthcare operations - Background at an early-stage company or one in rapid growth - Track record building teams or processes from the ground up, particularly in functions like calling, sales or support
