About the role: - Build and maintain backend services using Node.js in a fast-moving startup setting - Own features from conception through deployment and support, taking responsibility for code quality and performance - Work independently to solve complex technical problems and deliver robust solutions - Collaborate with the team to design scalable systems that power Plutas.ai's platform What we're looking for: - At least 2+ years of hands-on experience in software development - Solid grasp of Node.js and backend development practices - Ability to debug issues methodically and think through problems from first principles - Comfort working alone without constant supervision, paired with initiative to ship features - Readiness to adapt quickly to changing priorities in an early-stage company - Candidates available to join immediately are strongly preferred What makes this a good fit: - You thrive when given ownership of your work and room to make technical decisions - Fast-paced environments energize you rather than overwhelm you - You're driven by impact and want to see your code in production soon after writing it
