About the role: - Build user interfaces and interactive web applications using React.js - Develop and maintain frontend components and features that power Plutas.ai's products - Write clean, efficient code and collaborate with the engineering team to ship features - Take ownership of assigned features from concept through deployment and beyond - Solve complex technical problems and make architectural decisions independently What we're looking for: - 2+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development or related software engineering roles - Solid working knowledge of React.js and modern JavaScript practices - Demonstrated ability to think through problems critically and implement sound solutions - Comfort working autonomously and managing your own priorities in a dynamic environment - Mindset that treats projects and systems as your own, with accountability for outcomes - Ability to thrive in a startup setting where requirements evolve and pace moves quickly Good to know: - Candidates available to join immediately are preferred
