About the role: - You will curate and manage a talent database, matching skilled professionals with technology and non-technology opportunities that align with their background and career goals - Your work involves reviewing candidate profiles, assessing qualifications, and identifying the right fit between individual capabilities and job requirements - You will communicate with candidates throughout the matching process, ensuring they are connected to roles that suit their skills, experience, location preferences, and salary expectations What you'll work on: - Sourcing and organizing talent information from application forms and resumes into a searchable, organized database - Evaluating technical and non-technical expertise against open positions - Analyzing geographic preferences and relocation readiness to match candidates with suitable locations - Assessing candidate expectations and matching them with appropriate opportunities - Building relationships with candidates by providing personalized opportunity recommendations What we're looking for: - Strong organizational and data management skills to maintain an accurate, up-to-date talent pool - Ability to understand and assess both technical and non-technical skill sets - Attention to detail when reviewing resumes and application information - Communication skills to guide candidates through the process - Understanding of recruitment fundamentals and candidate evaluation How to apply: - Complete the application form with accurate and current information - Submit your updated resume - Include a short note explaining why an organization should hire you - Know that your details will be used solely to match you with relevant hiring opportunities at PocketFM and partner companies
