About the role: - Examine user behavior patterns and product metrics to shape data-driven decisions across the platform - Construct and maintain analytical dashboards that track key business and product indicators - Investigate conversion flows and identify friction points where users drop off - Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to define success metrics and validate hypotheses What you'll work on: - Writing and optimizing SQL queries to extract and transform data from production databases - Developing Python scripts to automate analysis, build statistical models, and process large datasets - Building self-service analytics tools and visualizations that empower stakeholders to answer their own questions - Using AI tools and large language models to accelerate exploratory analysis and insight generation What we're looking for: - Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics or product analytics roles - Proficiency in SQL with ability to write complex queries and optimize database performance - Strong Python skills with practical experience in data manipulation and statistical analysis - Track record analyzing user funnels, retention curves, and conversion metrics for consumer-facing applications - Demonstrated ability to design and own dashboards from conception to deployment - Mindset oriented toward AI-first workflows: actively integrating AI tools into your analytical process to improve speed and quality of insights - Experience working cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders
