UI/UX Designer

Batch: 2024/2025/2026. About the role: - Design user interfaces and experiences for digital products, working from research and requirements through to polished, handoff-ready mockups - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive, visually compelling solutions - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that demonstrate your thinking and gather feedback - Ensure all designs follow responsive design principles and work seamlessly across devices and screen sizes What we're looking for: - 6 months to 1 year of design experience, or a strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX skills if you're a fresher - Solid grasp of UI/UX design fundamentals, user research methods, wireframing techniques, and prototyping workflows - Hands-on proficiency with design tools — Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent platforms - Eye for visual hierarchy, typography, colour, and spacing; meticulous attention to detail in all work - Understanding of how responsive design and usability best practices shape better experiences - Familiarity with HTML and CSS, or willingness to learn how design translates to code - Ability to articulate your design decisions clearly and incorporate feedback constructively - Creative problem solver who enjoys exploring multiple approaches to a challenge - Team player comfortable collaborating across disciplines and adapting to feedback Note: Share your Resume & Portfolio when applying
